Post-call analysis is a powerful feature that automatically analyzes customer conversations after they have ended, helping you derive valuable insights from your calls. We provide several built-in analysis categories, and you can create custom categories to match your specific business needs.
Create an agent or select an agent from template.
Go to the agent detail page and click on the “Post-Call Analysis” tab.
Select the type of analysis that best fits your needs.
Boolean Analysis: Use for simple yes/no determinations
Text Analysis: Use for extracting detailed textual information
Number Analysis: Use for extracting numerical values
Selector Analysis: Use for categorizing from predefined option
Then configure it in the desciption.
After a call is analyzed, you can access the analysis results through Dashboard.
